The dead, however, have something else that the living do not have.

[Well this is probably fine. Sensing Yuuri's apprehension at first, he reaches over and gives his hand a reassuring squeeze.]

[Not awkward at all, right? ...Yeah, he's a little uncomfortable as he takes his seat next to Victor.]

[Yuuri squeezes Victor's hand in return, offering his coach a little smile.

Then he directs a smile at Akechi as well. No hard feelings, remember? They're all getting out of here, and that will make everything that happened irrelevant.]

[Right. He could forgive his own murderer-- and he promised he would work to do the same for Yuuri's. He can't take that back.]
