[Time has passed. There is seemingly very little happening in death. Nothing but darkness and silence. There's nothing going on, after the trial.

Until, one day, suddenly, something starts to happen.

It begins when a a distant bell begins to ring, and continues to chime every fifteen minutes. At that instant, wind picks up from beyond the obelisk. As the day goes by, and with each chime, it grows every stronger, sending debris everywhere. Then it starts to send larger objects into the air.

When four chimes pass, a swirling black hole begins to appear in the direction the wind is blowing. It's only a matter of time before the wind starts to send you-and perhaps even the pieces of land you stand on-into it. Soon enough, the winds will become like hurricane gales. When the fifteenth chime rings-in three hours and forty five minutes-everything will be absorbed into the blackness.

There doesn't seem to be a way out, not like with the collapsing island. All there is left is to gather what you can, and prepare for the worst.]

[The fire connects and smacks the tendril down, vanishing in smokey wisps but he cannot breathe easy yet. For every one he destroys, more take its place. Oops.]

They can regenerate? [Franciscus hisses angrily.] This doesn't seem good... [He switches to an alternate form of flame, creating a burning wall of fire in front of the tentacles without touching them and trying to push it backwards.]
