A Reckoning...
[You are dead.
Where you awaken is not of your cabin on the train but rather firm earth, the skies above you being nothing but an inky blackness as for as you can see. And yet throughout the darkness, you are surrounded by soft lighting and peculiar music playing all around you. When your senses become less muddled, you will notice that the music playing is upbeat and joyful almost. But let's face it, you are probably thinking this is some sort of creepy hell that you got yourself into after biting the bullet.
It all depends if you find circuses to be such a place because that is where you find yourself. The setting feels more antique than what you may assume a circus to look like, more Victorian themed than what one can be called. First the sound picks up and then you can smell something delectable in the air, catching popped corn and fried sweets and maybe something to drink? It's more than likely here.
Going down the main way, you can see some classic carnival games such as skee ball, ring toss, balloon popping if you are inclined to try and take your mind of the fact that you didn't have a choice in coming here. But despite the joyous air of the circus, there are not many people here that can help you out...or are there?
Lost souls just like yourself who met with the same horrible fate...perhaps an accord can be struck. After all, it looks like you will be here for awhile.]

[Zack clutches his head in his hands as he pulls himself off the ground, slowly getting his bearings... Hey. Is that... Carnival music?
He glances around. Yep. That sure looks like a carnival surrounded by islands in the middle of literal nothing...]
... GOD! DAMNIT! [He's dead. Again.] I knew I shouldn't have listened to that sword carrying bitch... [Grrr...]
no subject
['Sup.]
no subject
Gee, thanks! [Zack is not in the mood for this shit.] Anything else we need to know? Like, are we having our energy drained to keep this carnival up or something?
no subject
N... no. Not here. That's... something else, but from home...
no subject
[Well, he wasn't expecting that. At all. Now he kind of feels bad.]
Sorry, I think that must have happened the last time I died. Not that I remember it clearly...

[He thinks he's putting two and two together...] Wait, you know of this fucked up disaster city called Town A where a bunch of people got turned into magical girls and told to kill eachother?

[whether or not he is being serious. clearly he's impressed with this guy's appearance, right.]
no subject
Shaddup! [Yeah, Zack clearly isn't in the mood for this sort of thing.]
no subject
[He kind of looks like this when he protests, though the tears are an exaggeration.]
no subject
Yeah, yeah. Cut the crocodile tears and give me an update or something! Anything pop up on our end that could be useful?

.... Urgh... Fucking shitty week, that's what! Ended with me getting into a fight with little miss dragon lady over there!
[Pointing at Tali.]

no subject
Yeah, no. This time it was some kind of ticket to see the fucking queen or some dumb bullshit... [Grumble grumble...]

[Oh hey, it's this bitch again.]

Hey...
[He gets up and walks over...]
2/2
That's for throwing a boot at me the last time, bitch!

However, it's replaced by her giving Zack a backhanded slap across the face. There's enough force to make him fall to the ground so the saying 'talk shit get hit' applies.]
Be grateful it was only one.
no subject
URGH. [He holds his cheek, bearing his teeth at her...
... No point in killing if she's already dead. That's one thing holding him back.]
no subject
[The look in her eyes are not lying to him.]
