[You Are Dead.

Your last thoughts before the finishing blow may differ as well as if you had felt any pain or not. Let's be real, folks have been extra in the mansion so it's more than likely some crazy way to go. What can you do about that? But if you were thinking that death involves going to a place filled with fire and brimstone or a place filled with fluffy clouds and golden gates...sorry to disappoint.

When you wake up, the first thing you will notice is how cold you feel. Whatever you were wearing before, it will not protect you against the snow and wind. Nothing was taken from you but you cannot help but feel for some reason, it feels like your privacy was violated. But that's small potatoes compared to where you happen to wake up: a hole in the ground. Just a typical average sized human sized hole, no big deal.

Once you get out from your 'comfy' hole, you will see markers by each hole...best not to think about those and focus on finding shelter for now. You might want to be aware of that massive tornado that can be seen from your wake up points. Try NOT to leave by swimming into the water behind said points.

Better hurry.]

[ She's still such a forgiving person that she doesn't even hold it against Felicity when she gets out of the hole without getting help from her at all. This place is creepy and weird and cold, which is all that matters right now.

She looked around and then pointed at what looked like some rocky structures in the distance. ]

I think that could be something over there, but we just gotta stay away from that crazy tornado when we do.

[ Yeah because she doesn't wanna be swept up by that at all. ]

[It was less out of malice that she got out of the hole without Atsuko's help, and more like an odd need to feel in control. Probably not all that strange, actually, considering how out of control her situation was last she saw.

She looks in the direction of said rocky structures and sighs, sounding somewhat defeated.]

I suppose there are no better options.

[She'll just start walking now, looking at the tornado warily. Shouldn't that thing be...maybe it would be better if she didn't question it, actually.]

[ Not that she'd know much about that, thankfully. Probably better that she didn't see the end of the trial anyway. ]

Sadly, yeah. I'd rather take my chances with trying to get shelter even if it's not great, since it'd better than being out here.

[ A particularly strong gust of wind and she shivers. ]

Why does it have to be so cold?!

[She doesn’t respond verbally for the first thing, only nodding as she looks around. There really didn’t seem to be much around here, was there?

She shivers as well with that gust of wind, and tries to pull her...sleeves? Yeah, she pulls down some sleeves on her arms, keeping them crossed as well.]

Your guess is as good as mine. I had two expectations for the afterlife, and someplace cold was not one of them.

[It was either fire or nice temperatures, and this is clearly neither of those.]

[ There's a second in which Akko stilled in her steps, hearing Felicity confirm something she'd been curious about. Them both being here really did mean they were dead and that the older woman really had killed her, but it hadn't been with that plate. That much she'd slowly come to the conclusion of, a hand coming up once more to brush against the back of her head. ]

Y-Yeah, I agree. Though i'm sure we can eventually figure out why we ended up here instead of somewhere else...

[ Whoops that's kind of on her mind at the moment now. Even if she had picked up her steps again. ]

[Felicity notices that pause in Atsuko's footsteps and can't help but slow down herself. Why is she...oh, right. For all she knew, she might've still been alive, and she more or less confirmed that she wasn't. What a pi-

Wait. What's this...feeling rising up in her chest? Is this...is this what it feels like to regret something? To feel bad about something for more than a couple seconds?

It's terrible. She doesn't like it. She needs to make it go away.]

If it makes you feel better, I think they all hate me now. For what I did.

[She looks off to the side as she says this, a frown clearly on her face if Atsuko tries to see it.]

[ A small glance over towards the older woman allows her to see that frown, but it's a strange tightness in her chest that's also making it a little hard to see right now. Maybe it's just the unbidden tears starting to well up in her eyes at the realization of what fully happened. ]

I... I'm sorry. If things were different you never would have had to kill me and they wouldn't have had to hate you.... b-but know i'm not mad about you killing me, okay?

[ Akko is just too nice for her own good, and is also crying even as she says that. Something she tries to cover up by trying to wipe away her tears on her sleeve. ]

Uh... hey. You go ahead and see if there really is shelter over there. I'm... gonna go past that tornado thing and see if there's anything past it that might be useful.

[ Essentially she's going to be starting off in that direction, trying to cover up that she's having a lot of different feelings right now. ]

[...wait, what

why is she apologizing? she was the victim of a murder here. Shouldn't Felicity be the one trying to make her feel better? Shouldn't she be happy that no one back there will really morn her or something?

W-wait, why is she running? Did she mess up that badly?! All she did was try to make her feel better at Felicity's own expense? What is this?!?

She shouts after the girl.]

Are you sure you're okay?!

[ Sorry Felicity. Akko is just an inherently nice person with a good heart who forgives people too easily. She did stop briefly in her steps before looking back over her shoulder with a bit of a forced smile and a thumbs up gesture. ]

Yeah! I'll be alright! Just get to shelter and i'll be back soon!

[ She turned around and started running again, going north along the left side of the tornado and giving it as much berth as she could. It took about ten minutes but she almost was past the tornado, spotting something in the distance.

It was large, even through the wind and snow but hard to make out so she was going to head over to it as soon as she was sure it would be safe. ]

Please let that be something safe!

[She said that she was okay, and usually that would put Felicity at ease, but for some reason it just...doesn't. Why does it not? Should feel fine, but she just...isn't.

Ugh! She hates emotions! This is so annoying! She'll find some way to make this up to Atsuko later! They need to find some sort of shelter here. She doesn't plan on dying for a second time!

She heads over to those rock structures, a look of grim determination on her face as she looks about.]

There better be something good out here.

[Is there?]

[The rock structures are some kind of ruins. There was a building here, but time has whittled it down to very little, and what's left of it is covered in snow. It definitely wouldn't put a roof over your heads.

After Akko has run long enough, she may pass some other weird ruined things, but she'll also spot something large and white on the horizon. In fact, it looks like a commercial airliner.]

[Oh, great. Ruins. Cause that’s what she wanted to deal with. Ancient buildings that can only really be used to show that people were here a long time ago. What’s next, a pool that’s frozen over?

She’ll still try to explore it, though, and try to see if there’s anything good she can get from it. Can she tell what it once was? Is there anything inside that she can take? What’s going on here?]

[Most of the building is rubble, but the worn down edges that are left would make her think, maybe, it was the same kind of stone the walls of the mansion were made of, if those walls had completely crumbled. In a corner, protected by what's left of the ruins, there's a lone chair, one that's long enough to lie an adult person on lengthwise, likewise dilapidated. And those are the only things visible, except for the snow coating everything.

Oh, and if she looks up, a bloody red moon shines through the thick clouds.... they're thick, but they aren't completely unaffected by the storm, and sometimes they do move. When a patch of the sky shows through - CHRIST! IS THAT ACTUAL BLOOD?!]

On second thought, maybe this is Hell, and that poor girl got taken here by mistake.

Okay, is there anything nearby that actually might be useful, or should she just try and run to wherever Atsuko is? Cause right now, she really wants to just wants to be out of that moon's sight.

[NO ONE KNOWS. But will she be relieved or even more concerned, if the blackness on the horizon (because the edge of the ocean HAS no sky, no light) seeps into the sky she sees, impenetrably dark patches over the moon and clouds alike, as if they'd been an illusion?

This really might be hell... But if nothing else, the "moonlight" does let you see, including the footprints you both leave in the snow. Catching up with Akko again might not be a bad idea.]

[SO HELL ACTUALLY FROZE OVER THAT’S A FANTASTIC THING TO KNOW

She is definitely going to trying following those footprints to figure out where Atsuko went. If she’s going to be stuck in this freaky Hell, she doesn’t want to be stuck in it alone.]

[ Okay that's definitely not what she was expecting at all! A building, sure. An airplane? Definitely not.

There's a small pause before she hurries her steps, though her chest is burning a bit from fatigue after all her running through the snow. Her legs are coldest since they're exposed to the elements.

So it is what causes her to try and venture closer as soon as she is possibly close enough. ]

Just what the heck is an airplane doing all the way out here?

[ As she approaches, just what kind of state is this airliner in? ]

[Well, it looks like it.... crashed a little............... But other than that it's fine! Judging by the fact that it isn't buried in snow, it hasn't been here especially long, either.]

[ Well. It doesn't seem like it's been here an awfully long time and seems relatively in good shape so... that means she is going to come a bit closer so she can get a good look at it.

Is there a way in through an open door or anything remotely accessible? Since she is going to check and see if it's safe for them to take shelter in. ]

[There's definitely an open door, which will lead you inside the plane... it looks like a good amount of stuff fell out, and it's completely abandoned, but from here it looks like it'd be a great shelter!]

[ The eternal question was, did she wait and go back to find Felicity to bring her here?

Ah what the heck. Just a peek in wouldn't hurt.

So she is going to come closer and after getting to the door with a bit of effort, she peeks in the open door into the plane. ]

Hellooooooooo? Is there anyone or anything in here?

[ Brave and reckless witch is a go. Hope theres not anything here. ]

[Well, that depends on where you wanna start looking, Akko.

Where to?]

[ Slowly walking in, she intends to check out coach class since its closest.

She just wants to check things out before bringing Felicity here. ]

[It's...a mess in here. Luggage is thrown around and there are strange flower necklaces littering the floor and seats and-oh.

There's some dead snakes hanging all over the place too.]

[ Okay besides looking like a mess in here, it doesn't seem too bad at first, so she quietly started in, stopping short when she spotted the dead snakes.

Something which had her leaning over and gently inspecting one with a sigh. ]

Who the heck had snakes on a plane? Poor things...

[ If nothing looks amiss she is going to try and get to the other level of the plane. She didn't want any surprises here later. ]
